Social Foundation's Summer Workshops will be held at:
4530 Jasmine Ave in Culver City

Description:

Middle school can be a challenging time. Whether transitioning to a new school or a new grade, the social demands and expectations can be challenging. Through direct lessons, visual strategies, and fun activities, this 6 week action packed workshop will focus on the following topics:

• Friendship connections

• Transitions to a new school or new grade

• How to smoothly navigate social groups and cliques

• Exploring the hidden social rules of middle school

• Effectively reading social cues

• moving into adolescence and experiencing puberty

• Use of social media and technology

Age groups: Coed, entering 6th, 7th, or 8th grade

Date and Time: Mondays, July 11, 18, 25, Aug 1, 8, 15
